Sea bass with Chilli and Rosemary


Ingredients ( 1 person)
1 Sea Bass
1 Tbls of CRESCENDO Chili Oil
1 branch of rosemary
1 Tbls of CRESCENDO Rosemary oil
Sea salt crushed black pepper and the juice of ½ Lemon

Preparation
Simply clean and wash the sea bass. Tear of a sheet of tin foil, large enough to wrap the fish. Place the cleaned fish on the sheet, drizzle the CRESCENDO Chilli oil, chop the rosemary, sprinkle it over the fish , do the same with salt & pepper, rub all the ingredients carefully in and outside the sea bass, and roll it in the tin foil. Close the ends of the sheet so no liquid can escape. Place the wrapped fish in the preheated (175°C/350°F) oven and bake it 20 minutes. After taking out the fish open the tinfoil on the upper side , and let it rest for a while . Squeeze the juice of the lemon and mix vinaigrette with the CRESCENDO Rosemary oil. Directly before serving this Sea bass, sprinkle the vinaigrette over the whole fish. This fish can be accompanied with crushed new potatoes, green beans, any mixed vegetables, or green asparagus.
