Salad "Dani"


One portion:
Salad of your choice (e.g frisée lettuce, Lollo Rosso or lamb’s lettuce)
1⁄2 sliced tomato
1⁄2 fresh sliced mushrooms
1⁄2 pealed & segmented orange
Some pine nut seeds
1⁄2 chicken breast

Dressing
20ml CRESCENDO Olive oil
20ml CRESCENDO Star Apple
Season to taste with fresh milled black pepper, CRESCENDO sherry vinegar Reserva

Preparation
Wash and cut the salad and mix carefully with half the dressing in a bowl. Decorate on large glass plates and add sliced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, orange segments and the rest of the dressing. Slit the chicken breast and roast in a pan, season to taste with salt and pepper and dab with a mixture of honey and soya sauce. If you prefer a brown colour, place back in the pan for a short time to glaze.
Decorate chicken breast on the plate, sprinkle with pine nut seeds and drizzle olive oil with extracts of orange over the salad.
Served with fresh warm baguette.
