Honey Roast Vegetable Soup


Ingredients ( 4 persons)
Butternut squash ½ a unit (depending its size)
1/4 Celeries (root)
2 Peppers 
3 Onions
3 cloves Garlic
Herbes de province
4 table spoons CRESCENDO Chili oil  
2 Table spoons Honey
Salt, Pepper

Preparation
Peel and cut all vegetables in equal chunky pieces, mix them together with Chilli Oil, honey, salt, Peppers and the province herbs’ spread everything on an oven tray and glaze them in the oven at 350° F for about thirty minutes.

Boil water in a pot add the roasted Vegetable, and blend everything to the consistence you wish. Garnish with fresh coriander.
