Ingredients for a serving for 4:
2 eggs
100g sugar
250g flour
80 hazelnuts (40g milled, 40 cut)
100ml CRESCENDO Hazelnut oil
1 pinch of salt
A little bit of water
Preparation:
Make a hole in the middle of the flour, which is situated on the tray. Add the residual ingredients and knead in well. Using your hands, form the dough in a roll. Place on a plate daubed with oil and covered with flour. Bake the roll in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes (top heat and bottom heat). Remove the plate and cut the role into 1cm slices. Place the slices on the plate and bake for about 10 minutes.
