Ingredients
Two (2) spoons Dijon mustard
3 Tbls CRESCENDO olive oil Angelina
2 Tbls CRESCENDO Grape balsam
1/4 cup Sour cream
Chicken, beef or vegetable stock ( for consistency)
Salt & freshly grounded Peppercorns
Preparation
Very easy! Just mix it altogether and add the stock last until the dressing has a consistency that suits your taste. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Recommended for any salad, mixed lettuce, tuna fish, Nicoise salad, cucumber, tomato /onion, etc.
