CRESCENDO Apple Balsam matured in oaken barrels, 5% acidity
A very fine, aromatic creation that is ideal for sauces, marinades, meat- and fish dishes. Raw vegtables and green salads gain an exquisite note with this balsamic vinegar. Speciality from malt and beer vinegar.
CRESCENDO Calamondin Balsam, 7,5% acidity
Ripe Calamondin grown in the Philippines and refined with distilled vinegar and cane sugar from Paraguay, are the basis of this exotic vinegar, produced according to the company´s own recipe. Bitter and acidic with hints of mint, this exotic, light amber-coloured shimmering balsam can be used not only in salad dressings and sauces, but also as an aperitif.
CRESCENDO Mango Balsam, 6% acidity
Ripe Mangos of the "Carabao" variety grown in the Philippines, married with distilled vinegar and refined with sugar, give birth to this exotic vinegar, producted according to the company´s own recipe.
CRESCENDO Raspberry Balsam, 6% acidity
For salads, sauces and meat dishes, especially sauces for game dishes are turned into something special with this vinegar.
CRESCENDO Barley Balsam matured in oaken Barrels, 6% acidity
This fruity, dark amber-coloured vinegar balsam ripens in oak casks, impregnated by the fesh Alpine air. Produced according to the company´s own recipe of malt and barley vinegar and refined with distilled vinegar.
CRESCENDO Cherry Balsam, 6 % acidity
This fruity-sour creation from the company's own vinegar factory has a dark red colour and a fine fruity aroma of sour cherries. On the palate it is very fruity with a typical acidity and pleasant sweetness.
Great as an aperitif either neat or with cold mineral water.
CRESCENDO Quince Balsam, 5% acidity
This fruity balsamic vinegar is made from our own recipe using concentrated quince juice, blended with quince vinegar and refined with sugar.
Waldburg Balsam Quince is a golden yellow amber colour with fine fruit flavours and a pleasant acidity. Exquisite when combined with pine nuts, pis-tachio or sunflower oil over a leaf salad or lollo rossa.
Our advice: Enjoy it with mineral water for a wonderfully refreshing drink.
CRESCENDO Grape - Ginger Balsam, 5,5% acidity
Ginger-Grape balsamic vinegar with the fresh taste of lemon. Juice from pale grapes which were natural detracted is the basic for our excellent Ginger-Grape balsamic vinegar. Ideal for fish and poultry to marinate and tasting. Use it sparingly for salads. Is particularly suitable for vegetables and WOK dishes.
CRESCENDO Honey Balsam, 5% acidity
This excellent honey balsam is produced according to the company's own recipe. Its basis is the finest honey vinegar, combined with selected forest flower honey. It gives marinades and salad dressings a harmonious honey note.
CRESCENDO Star Apple,
stored in wooden casks, approx. 4% acidity
This specialty from our company's own vinegar factory was refined by storage in the oak cask. It exhibits intense fruit aromas, a viscid consistency and a pleasant acidity. Use as a special touch to salad dressings, poultry or as a base for non alcoholic aperitifs.
